Principal Designer
For more than twenty years, Leisa Presmanes has shaped homes across Atlanta’s storied in-town neighborhoods and destinations beyond. Her work ranges from Mid-Century modern architecture to coastal condominiums and meticulous historic renovations — each guided by her refined sense of comfort, livability, and effortless elegance.
Leisa brings warmth and energy to everything she does. She’s a new grandmother who adores her grandson Oliver, her dogs Bea and Billy, and evenings spent dancing to her husband’s rock & roll band.
Our studio is supported by a dedicated design team, each bringing their own talents and personalities.

Klaudia
Inspired by light, texture, and the way a space is experienced over time, Klaudia designs with both feeling and function in mind. Her hospitality background informs a deep focus on comfort and livability, while her love of photography shapes the thoughtful vignettes and visual rhythm she builds into every room. Influenced by food, travel, and nature, she gravitates toward minimal interiors grounded in raw materials, modular thinking, and enduring, sculptural pieces.
Kate
Kate is an artist at heart who loves to travel the world and gather inspiration. She has spent 15 years working in many different facets of the design industry. Her aesthetic blends eras and styles, mixing modern furnishings with vintage pieces to produce interiors that feel curated rather than purely trend-driven.
Allison
Alison is grounded, organized, and creative, with a deep love of fine art and thoughtfully designed interiors. She lives in North Ormewood Park with her young family, where home, creativity, and everyday life intersect.
